Using Claude Cowork: AI-Powered Productivity for Professionals
Master Claude Cowork and the Claude AI ecosystem to supercharge your workflow, customise your AI assistant, and build reusable skills and plugins.
Using Claude Cowork: AI-Powered Productivity for Professionals is a practical, small-group training course held in person at Network Hub, 300 Kensal Road, London W10 5BE, led by Fola Yahaya of SA Training (Strategic Agenda). The course runs as a 4-hour session with a maximum of 10 participants and is designed for Professionals and teams who already use Claude or another AI tool and want to go deeper. Suitable for communications, operations, strategy, and knowledge-work roles across all sectors..
This intermediate course gives you a practical, hands-on understanding of the Claude AI ecosystem and how to get the most out of Claude Cowork in your day-to-day work. You will explore the key differences between Claude AI (the web and API product), the Claude browser extension, Claude Cowork (the collaborative workspace), and Claude Code (the developer-focused coding assistant) — so you know which tool to reach for and when. From there, you will learn how to customise Claude using context and projects: setting up system prompts, defining personas, and organising your work so Claude understands your needs from the very first message. The course then takes you into building and reusing skills and plugins — creating repeatable workflows, connecting Claude to external tools, and sharing those capabilities across your team so your whole organisation benefits. By the end of this course you will be confident navigating the Claude ecosystem, have a personalised Claude Cowork setup, and have built at least one reusable skill or plugin you can use straight away. Topics covered: - Claude AI vs Claude browser extension vs Claude Cowork vs Claude Code: understanding the differences - Setting up and customising Claude with context, projects and system prompts - Building reusable skills and prompt templates - Connecting plugins and integrating external tools - Collaborative working with Claude Cowork across a team Level: Intermediate — suitable for professionals who have used Claude or another AI assistant before and want to go deeper.
