Vibecoding at Scale: Build Your Own AI App Pipeline

Stop depending on one app builder — build a repeatable, version-controlled AI app pipeline.

Vibecoding at Scale: Build Your Own AI App Pipeline is a practical, small-group training course held in person at Network Hub, 300 Kensal Road, London W10 5BE, led by Fola Yahaya of SA Training (Strategic Agenda). The course runs as a 6-hour session with a maximum of 10 participants and is designed for Confident users, digital leads, and technical project owners who need more control over code, hosting, data, security, and long-term support..

For confident builders who want to stop depending on one app-builder wrapper and create a repeatable build pipeline. Participants systematise project setup and context, then assemble their own toolkit for planning, coding, version control, deploying, monitoring, and governing AI-generated applications. Who it's for: Confident users, digital leads, and technical project owners who need more control over code, hosting, data, security, and long-term support. Learning outcomes: 1. Systematise project setup: reusable context, design references, verifiable tests, a tech-debt policy, and prompt templates that scale across builds. 2. Design dynamic workflows and connect agentic coding, Git version control, and deployment into one repeatable process. 3. Manage Git, hosting options, the command line (PowerShell), logs, secrets, environment variables, and rollbacks. 4. Assess whether an AI-built app is ready for corporate use, support, and governance. Day structure: 09:30 — Owning the pipeline: Define why you build and what control means — files, code, data, hosting, access, costs, and accountability — and where reusing or buying still beats building. 10:00 — Reusable project foundations: Systematise the briefing conversation into reusable templates: standing context on style, audience, and objective, design references, verifiable test suites, and a tech-debt policy the AI follows on every build. 10:45 — Dynamic workflows: Build reusable multi-step workflows for planning, UI, data, tests, fixes, and release notes. 11:45 — Pipeline build: Connect an AI coding workflow to Git version control and a deployment route, comparing hosting options such as Vercel, Netlify, and self-hosting. 13:30 — Command line and automation: Use PowerShell and the terminal to run repeatable commands, deployment checks, logs, environment variables, and rollbacks. 14:45 — Security by design: Manage Git branches and secrets, sandbox risky commands, separate test and production, and protect sensitive data. 15:45 — Corporate readiness: Create a risk register, support model, and ownership plan for one real organisational use case, and agree what would need sign-off. Note: At advanced level corporate use can be considered, but only with approved tools, security review, clear data rules, named owners, and a funded maintenance plan.

What will I leave with?

A working model-to-deployment pipeline with version control, a reusable toolkit of project templates, prompts, and commands, and a corporate-readiness checklist for AI-built apps.

Who is this course for?
