AI Editorial Workflows in Google Workspace: Full Programme
Three hands-on days plus four weeks of coaching: leave with a working Gem library and the skills to run it.
AI Editorial Workflows in Google Workspace: Full Programme is a practical, small-group training course held in person at Network Hub, 300 Kensal Road, London W10 5BE, led by Gerald Clark and Fola Yahaya of SA Training (Strategic Agenda). The course runs as a 27-hour session with a maximum of 10 participants and is designed for Editorial, knowledge-management and communications teams working in Google Workspace, and the leads who will champion AI in their organisation — particularly UN agencies, NGOs and other development organisations..
Our complete programme for editorial, knowledge-management and communications teams that want to use AI properly inside Google Workspace rather than on new platforms. Three in-person days cover editing with Gems, quality assurance and source verification, and repurposing and discoverability (the content of our three one-day courses). Four 90-minute online coaching clinics then follow on live work, with one-to-one office hours. Throughout, Gemini reviews and proposes; people decide. We measure results with a skills survey, a planted-error test, a timed editing task and a findability test, before and after. Also available as a tailored in-house programme built on your own style guide and documents.
