Repurposing and Discoverability with AI
Turn technical reports into comms-ready content, and make your knowledge products easy to find in Google Drive.
Repurposing and Discoverability with AI is a practical, small-group training course held in person at Network Hub, 300 Kensal Road, London W10 5BE, led by Fola Yahaya and Sam Callis of SA Training (Strategic Agenda). The course runs as a 7-hour session with a maximum of 10 participants and is designed for Communications and media teams who repurpose technical content, and knowledge-management, library and information staff responsible for how products are stored, tagged and found..
A full-day workshop in two halves. In the morning, a repurposer Gem turns a technical product into a brief, key messages, FAQ, web article, social posts and talking points, with every fact traced back to the source. In the afternoon we tackle discoverability: why knowledge products get lost, and how to fix it with structure first and AI second. You design a short metadata schema and controlled vocabulary, set up a metadata-drafter Gem that proposes abstracts and tags from your agreed list for a person to approve, apply Drive labels, and use Drive search and Ask Gemini in Drive across a collection. Each team leaves with one workflow it will change.
What will I leave with?
